RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your PresentDayProduction physical purchase and have contacted the team to discuss solutions and are still unsatisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of the date you received the order for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • 30-Day Window: The return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Original Condition: The loudspeakers must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging, accessories (power cables, manuals, etc.), and protective materials.

  • No Damage: The loudspeakers must be free from any physical damage, scratches, dents, or signs of misuse.

  • No Modifications: The loudspeakers must not have been modified or tampered with in any way.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or invoice.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@presentdayproduction.com and provide information concerning your return request. such as your name, address and the reason for the return request.

Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.

  • Packaging: Carefully repackage the loudspeakers in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely protected to prevent damage during transit. Include all original accessories.

  • Shipping: Ship the package using a trackable and insured shipping method (preferably DHL when available). You are responsible for the return shipping and insurance costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • Labeling: Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package and ensure all provided documentation and shipping labels are clearly and securely attached to each package as required.

  • Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned loudspeakers, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.

  • Refund or Exchange: If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method or arrange for an exchange as soon as possible.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Shipping costs (unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part).

  • Items misused or over-exerted therefore causing damage.

  • Any items not returned in their original condition.

  • Any items returned beyond the 30-day return window.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive damaged or defective loudspeakers, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

  • Please provide photos or videos of the damage or defect to expedite the process.

Important Notes:

  • We recommend taking photos of the loudspeakers before packing them for return, as proof of their condition.

  • We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping.

  • This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Cosmic Audio Ltd reserves the right to modify this returns policy at any time.
