I Can't Stop MULTITRACK DOWNLOAD
Terms And Conditions

“I Can’t Stop” Multitracks Download Terms And Conditions

  1. Introduction

PresentDayProduction and Sam Reck (collectively, “Organisers”) are hosting a mix / remix event (the “Event”) for the sole purpose of creating remixes of Sam Reck’s music. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Event and the use of the provided multitracks (the “Multitracks”). The Terms concern the individual downloading the Multitracks, (“You”).

   2. Tracks and Usage

The Organisers are providing the Tracks for the sole purpose of remixing for the Event.

All Multitracks contained within the Event are intellectual property of Sam Reck.

The Multitracks cannot be monetised for Your own purposes without express written permission from either Sam Reck or PresentDayProduction. Commercial use of the Multitracks or any remixes derived from them without express written permission is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, releasing or selling remixes on any platform, using them in advertising or commercial projects, or incorporating them into any work intended for commercial gain.

The Multitracks can be used for Your own portfolio, but you must expressly credit Sam Reck as songwriter/producer and PresentDayProduction as co-producers. This includes using remixes on a website portfolio, social media portfolio, sharing them on non-commercial platforms, or performing them live. Credit specifics can be provided upon enquiry.

   3.Ownership and Rights

The Organisers retain all ownership rights to the Multitracks and any original compositions within them.

You own the copyrights to your remixes, subject to the restrictions outlined in section 2 and subject to sufficient permissions gained.

By entering the Event, you grant the Organisers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display your remixes for Event-related purposes only. This includes promoting the Event, showcasing remixes and potentially including them in future compilations or promotional materials. The Organisers will contact You in the event of official release for commercial gain.

   4. Submission and Selection

You must submit your mixes and remixes to https://www.presentdayproduction.wetransfer.com for your submission to be considered.

You accept that not all submissions will be demonstrated within future media released by the Organisers.

You accept the Organisers have permission to critique, constructively criticise and offer advice based on Your submission.

   5.Prizes

As this is not a competition, there are no prizes associated with taking part in the Event.

There may be a situation in which the Organisers contact You regarding releasing the track commercially, and future discussions will entail the details for this.

   6. Disclaimer

The Organisers assume no responsibility for any technical difficulties or errors that may occur during the Event.

The Organisers will follow the GDPR guidelines outlined on the Organisers website (https://www.presentdayproduction.com/terms-and-conditions).

   7. Governing law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

By entering the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
