Free Test Master Samples

PresentDayProduction offers a free test master to evaluate whether you'd like to purchase a mastering session with us. The free test master is a sample consisting of the full audio file. This audio file must NOT be used in any commercial release, demonstration or any other possible publicly-consumable media format. Commercial use of the master is only permitted after payment has been accepted for the project. Anyone found to be in breach of this term will be asked to remove the media.

PresentDayProduction Studio Monitor Returns Policy

Buyers can return a speaker system purchased from presentdayproduction.com within 30 days as long as the product is in as-new visual condition and fully-functioning operation. Orders being returned after delivery will be refunded when the undamaged product has been returned to the requested returns address and payment will be made in full.

Customers are liable to pay in full for any costs pertaining to the return of a product and Cosmic Audio Ltd holds no liability for covering costs on the behalf of a customer.

Currency Exchange Liability Disclaimer

Cosmic Audio Ltd utilizes its best efforts to process all international transfers and refunds promptly and accurately. However, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following regarding currency exchange:

No Liability for Discrepancies: Cosmic Audio Ltd shall not be liable for any currency exchange rate fluctuations, discrepancies, losses, charges, or fees incurred by the Customer when receiving or sending funds in a currency different from the transactional currency used on the Cosmic Audio Ltd platform (usually GBP).

Final Amount: The amount credited or debited to the Customer's account will be the amount equivalent to the original transaction amount after it has been converted by the Customer's bank, card issuer, or payment processor, according to the prevailing exchange rate and any applicable fees determined solely by those external entities. Cosmic Audio Ltd has no control over these external rates or fees.

Finality of Refund/Transfer: The amount issued by Cosmic Audio Ltd in the original currency will be deemed the final and complete amount of the refund or transfer, regardless of the final monetary value received by the Customer in their local currency.

Cosmic Audio Ltd uses advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) to provide creative ideation, scripting, and production advice. By using these services, you acknowledge that the system is an automated tool and agree to be bound by these specific terms in addition to our general Terms and Conditions.

To maintain the safety and integrity of our systems, all user interactions with the AI are logged in real-time. This includes user inputs, generated outputs, and account metadata. These logs are monitored by our team to prevent the generation of harmful, illegal, or prohibited content.

3. Zero Tolerance for Misuse
Any attempt to "jailbreak," exploit, or use our AI services for the purpose of generating prohibited content—including but not limited to hacking, illegal activities, or offensive material—is instantly flagged.
