What Type Of Information Do we Collect? We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us with in any other way. In addition, we may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. Names and email addresses will be collected on account creation and login to our members area, as well as upon purchasing any items, physical products or other displayed products from our store, or downloading any free content. All direct payment gateways used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. Our payments are processed directly by Barclaycard in the UK and not a third party aggregator (such as PayPal). Your information may also be gathered by a Facebook Pixel and used to gather custom audiences. We do not share your information with any third parties, unless specifically called on to do so by law enforcement agencies. Your information may be used for marketing emails.

We may contact you to notify you regarding a recording or event, to troubleshoot issues with a recording or event, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our user agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. Intellectual Property Rights The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Cosmic Audio Ltd and PresentDayProduction. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works thereof.

Any unauthorised use of media associated with PresentDayProduction or the corporate entities of Cosmic Audio Ltd may result in the immediate termination of your access to the Service and may subject you to legal action for infringement of proprietary rights.

Media & Educational Content Disclaimer

All content provided via PresentDayProduction’s media channels (including but not limited to YouTube, social media, and blogs) is for educational and entertainment purposes only. Cosmic Audio Ltd and PresentDayProduction are not liable for any equipment damage, financial loss, or unsatisfactory creative results resulting from the application of techniques or advice demonstrated in our media.

Free Test Master Samples

PresentDayProduction historically offered a free test master to evaluate whether you'd like to purchase a mastering session with us. The free test master is a sample consisting of the full audio file. This audio file must NOT be used in any commercial release, demonstration or any other possible publicly-consumable media format. Commercial use of the master is only permitted after payment has been accepted for the project. Anyone found to be in breach of this term will be asked to remove the media.

3. Purchasing and Refunds

By making a purchase, including any free items from our web store, or by contacting us using a contact form, you may be added to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in the emails we send you.

Digital Products (General)

Unless specifically stated otherwise (such as the Client Acquisition Blueprint), all sales of digital products, including sample packs, presets, and downloadable media, are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or files delivered.

Refund Policy: 30-Day Client Acquisition Blueprint

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee based on the successful implementation of our systems. To be eligible for a full refund of the Client Acquisition Blueprint, customers must meet the following criteria:

Full Completion: You must have completed 100% of the course modules and lessons.
Proof of Implementation: You must provide documented evidence (e.g., emails, outreach logs, campaign screenshots, or completed worksheets) demonstrating that you have diligently executed every step of the 30-day blueprint.
30-Day Evaluation: Refund requests must be submitted after the full 30-day implementation period but within 45 days of the initial purchase.

PresentDayProduction Physical Product Returns Policy

Eligibility: Buyers may return a speaker system purchased from presentdayproduction.com within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be returned in "as-new" visual condition and be in fully-functioning operational order.
Authorisation & Timeline: All returns must be initiated via email to info@presentdayproduction.com. Once a return is authorized, the product must be dispatched to us within 14 days.
Inspection & Packaging: Refunds will only be issued once the product has been received and inspected for damage. Products must be returned in their original packaging.
Costs & Liability: The customer is solely liable for all costs pertaining to the return. Cosmic Audio Ltd holds no liability for covering return shipping or customs costs. We require the use of a tracked and insured shipping service. Cosmic Audio Ltd is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Currency Exchange Liability Disclaimer

Cosmic Audio Ltd shall not be liable for any currency exchange rate fluctuations, discrepancies, losses, charges, or fees incurred by the Customer when receiving or sending funds in a currency different from the transactional currency used on the Cosmic Audio Ltd platform (usually GBP). The amount issued by Cosmic Audio Ltd in the original currency will be deemed the final and complete amount of the refund or transfer.

4. AI Service Terms & Conditions

Use of Artificial Intelligence: Cosmic Audio Ltd uses advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) to provide creative ideation, scripting, and production advice. You acknowledge the system is an automated tool.
Monitoring and Data Logging: To maintain the safety and integrity of our systems, all user interactions with the AI are logged in real-time. These logs are monitored by our team.
Zero Tolerance for Misuse: Any attempt to "jailbreak," exploit, or use our AI services for the purpose of generating prohibited content is instantly flagged.
Enforcement and Account Action: We reserve the right to review flagged incidents. Minor violations may result in a warning; extreme cases may result in permanent suspension without a refund and potential report to authorities.

System Integrity and Prohibited Conduct

You are strictly prohibited from using any development tools, browser consoles, automated scripts, or "hacking" techniques to bypass site security, scrape data, or access unauthorized information. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to discover hidden coupons, discount codes, member-only content, or administrative metadata. Any attempt to manipulate the pricing or checkout logic of the store will result in the immediate cancellation of your order, a permanent ban from all PresentDayProduction services, and, where applicable, legal action for digital fraud.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Cosmic Audio Ltd, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
